Mr. Tom Xiao, Senior Corporate Vice President of Engineering will assume his responsibilities. The Company does not anticipate any disruption to its operations or strategic roadmap, and Mr. Kao will assist with the transition by continuing to stay on as a consultant to the Company. The Company appreciates his se
