(the "Company") declared distributions for each class of its common stock in the amount per share set forth below: December 31, 2025 Record Date Gross Distribution Stockholder Servicing Fee Net Distribution Class T Common Stock $ 0.0392 $ - $ 0.0392 Class S Common Stock $ 0.0392 $ - $ 0.0392 Class D Common Stock $ 0.0392 $ - $ 0.0392 Class I Common Stock $ 0.0392 $ - $ 0.0392 Class E Common Stock $ 0.0392 $ - $ 0.0392 The net distribution for each class of common stock (which represents the gross distributions less stockholder servicing fees for the applicable class of common stock) are payable to stockholders of record immediately following the close of business on December 31, 2025 and will be paid on or about January 8, 2026. The stockholder servicing fee on the Company's Class T, S, and D common stock was waived for December 2025, as the sole holder of each such class was an affiliate of the Company's external adviser.
