Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On March 19, 2026, the Board of Directors of New Mountain Guardian IV Income Fund, L.L.C. (the "Company") received and accepted the resignation of Kris Corbett as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Corbett's resignation will become effective upon the completion of a prudent transition of the role to a successor Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, which is expected to occur by May 29, 2026 (the "Effective Date"). Mr. Corbett will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company until the Effective Date.
