On March 19, 2026, the Board of Trustees of New Mountain Private Credit Fund (the "Company") received and accepted the resignation of Kris Corbett as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Corbett's resignation will become effective upon the completion of a prudent transition of the role to a successor Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, which is expected to occur by May 29, 2026 (the "Effective Date"). Mr. Corbett will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company until the Effective Date.
