("Akerna" or the "Company") reconvened the Company's previously adjourned 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). 2,550,206 shares of common stock were present at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy which did not constitute a quorum under the Company's bylaws.
