ITEM 8.01 Other Events As more fully described in the attached press release dated January 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of ACNB Corporation approved and declared the regular quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2024 on January 23, 2024. The cash dividend of $0.30 per common share is payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
