Item 8.01. Other Events On January 23, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be payable March 15, 2024 to common shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024. This dividend marks the 31 st consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid since BayFirst initiated cash dividends in 2016.
