Item 8.01 Other Events. As previously reported, on October 12, 2023, Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the "Company") was notified by the Listing Qualifications Staff (the "Staff") of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC ("Nasdaq") that the Company's common stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of Nasdaq. On September 3, 2024, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq notifying the Company that the Staff has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from August 19, 2024, to August 30, 2024, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater, and accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
