Financial Statements We maintain our books and records in Euros and prepare our consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (&#x201c;IFRS&#x201d;). Birkenstock GmbH & Co. KG is the accounting predecessor of BK LC Lux Finco 2 S. &#xe0; r.l., subsequently renamed Birkenstock Holding Limited on July 12, 2023, for financial reporting purposes. Birkenstock Holding Limited was converted to a Jersey public limited company and subsequently renamed Birkenstock Holding plc on October 4, 2023.
