Item 8.01 Other Events Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) reported that CODI will make a cash distribution o f $0.25 p er common share for the fourth quarter of 2023. The distribution is payab le on January 25, 2024 to shareholders of record on the close of business on January 18, 2024. CODI also announced that CODI will make a distribution on their 7.250% Series A Preferred Shares (the "Series A Preferred Shares"), their 7.875% Series B Preferred Shares (the "Series B Preferred Shares") and their 7.875% Series C Preferred Shares (the "Series C Preferred Shares"). The distribution for the Series A Preferred Shares, Series B Preferred Shares and Series C Preferred Shares covers the period from and including October 30, 2023, up to, but excluding January 30, 2024. The distribution for such period is payable on January 30, 2024 to all holders of record of the Series A Preferred Shares, Series B Preferred Shares and Series C Preferred Shares as of January 15, 2024.
