ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT Revolving Credit Facility On September 11, 2024, Enova International, Inc. (the " Company ") and certain of its subsidiaries amended their existing secured asset-backed revolving credit facility by entering into that certain Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the " Second Amendment ") with Bank of Montreal, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the lenders party thereto. Among other changes, the Second Amendment increases the total commitment amount from $515,000,000 to $665,000,000. The foregoing description of the Second Amendment does not purport to be complete and is subject to and qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, as amended by the Second Amendment, that will be filed as an exhibit to the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2024.
