Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release today announcing that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share on October 25, 2024. The quarterly dividend is the same as the quarterly dividend declared in July 2024 and is payable on November 20, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 7, 2024. The Board of Directors also declared a dividend on its 7% Series A Preferred Stock, of $17.50 per share, payable on December 16, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 29, 2024.
