A total of 89,439,658 shares of common stock and 730,000 shares of the Series A voting preferred stock, representing in aggregate 162,439,658 or 59.76% of the shares eligible to vote and constituting a quorum, were represented in person or by valid proxies at the meeting. The stockholders approved the election of Michael Mo, Joanna D. Massey and Donna H. Grier to serve as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of the stockholders. The stockholders ratified the appointment of Marcum LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
