ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition On January 24, 2024, Origin Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company" or the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and 2023 annual results of operations. On Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, the Company will host an investor conference call and webcast to review its fourth quarter and 2023 full year financial results.
