On November 15, 2024, Dana O'Brien, SVP & Chief Legal Officer, a named executive officer, announced her intention to retire from Olin Corporation ("Olin") on December 31, 2025 or an earlier mutually agreeable date. She will be leaving her current position of SVP and Chief Legal Officer effective March 1, 2025 and will continue as a Special Advisor until her retirement date. Concurrently effective March 1, 2025, Angela M. Castle, currently VP & General Counsel, North America, will succeed Ms. O'Brien as Vice President & Chief Legal Officer.
