01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. The Board of Directors of Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the "Company") approved distributions for August 2024 to its stockholders of record as of August 15, 2024 equal to a monthly amount of $0.0975 per share. The Company's August 2024 distribution is expected to be paid on September 4, 2024. Operating partnership unit holders receive distributions at the same rate as common stockholders, subject to the required tax withholding. On July 31, 2024 , the Company issued a press release announcing the declaration of the August 2024 distribution. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
