(the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 and provided its full year 2025 guidance. A copy of the Company's Fourth Quarter 2024 Supplemental Disclosure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
