01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. The Board of Directors of the Company approved distributions for September and October 2025 to its stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2025 and October 15, 2025, respectively, equal to a monthly amount of $0.1083 per share. The Company's September and October 2025 distributions are expected to be made on or around October 1, 2025 and November 4, 2025, respectively. Operating partnership unit holders receive distributions at the same rate as common stockholders, subject to the required tax withholding. On September 2, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing an increase in the monthly distribution and the declaration of the September and October 2025 distributions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The information in this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and shall not be deemed to be "filed" with the SEC for any purpose, including for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any other filing with the SEC except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
