On December 18, 2024, PennantPark Floating Rate Funding I, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd., upsized its Revolving Credit and Security Agreement (the "Credit Facility") with Truist Bank, as administrative agent, and the other lenders and parties thereto, from $636 million to $736 million pursuant to a facility amount increase request in accordance with the terms of the Credit Facility.
