Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On January 25, 2024, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share, payable on February 23, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 09, 2024. In addition, the Company announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on April 25, 2024 as a virtual meeting. The record date for the Annual Meeting will be February 29, 2024. These announcements were included as part of the release announcing financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2023 and attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
