Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On January 16, 2024, Plexus Corp. ("we" or the "Company") issued a press release providing preliminary financial results for the fiscal first quarter ending December 30, 2023. A copy of Plexus' related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Also on January 16, 2024, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved a $50.0 million share repurchase authorization (the "2024 Program") that authorizes the Company to repurchase its common stock. The Company does not have a specific schedule or commitment regarding the timing of the repurchase of the shares subject to the repurchase program and may repurchase shares in amounts, at prices, and at such times as the Company deems appropriate, subject to market conditions, legal requirements, financing and other considerations.
