Item 8.01. Other Events. On July 30, 2024, Prospect Capital Corporation ("Prospect") increased total commitments for its revolving credit facility (the "Facility") for Prospect Capital Funding LLC ("PCF"), a GAAP consolidated subsidiary of Prospect, by $55 million to $2.1215 billion in the aggregate. Aggregate commitments are from an expanded group of 48 banks. On June 28, 2024, Prospect entered into an extension and upsizing of the Facility, which extended the term of the Facility five years and the revolving period to four years from such date.
