Board of Director Changes On November 25, 2024, Howard Lutnick, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Satellogic Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to voluntarily resign from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Lutnick's resignation follows his recent nomination to serve on the cabinet of the President of the United States as the Commerce Secretary. Mr. Lutnick's decision to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management or the Board. In connection with Mr. Lutnick's resignation, the Company will reduce the size of its Board from nine directors to eight.
