(the “Company”) provided the following metrics for the Company’s 2023 same-store facilities (stabilized and comparable properties that have been included in the consolidated results of operations since January 1, 2022, excluding two other properties): • Physical occupancy as of December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 was 92.3% and 93.0%, respectively. • Asking rates per square foot as of December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 were $1.62 and $1.78 on a monthly basis, respectively. • In-place rates per square foot as of December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 were $1.60 and $1.61 on a monthly basis, respectively.
