("Spire Alabama"), other gas utilities, and gas-related businesses. Spire Missouri was formed in 1857, and Spire Alabama was formed in 1948 by the merger of two gas companies. Spire is committed to transforming its business and pursuing growth through growing organically, investing in infrastructure, and advancing through innovation.
