Item 8.01 Other Events. On June 6, 2024, the Company issued a press release. Management and the Board of Directors are exploring strategic alternatives for the Company to maximize current and future shareholder value. The Company is in the process of engaging with an Investment Bank to assist with potential alternatives that include acquisition, merger, reverse merger, sale of assets, licensing and/or royalty transactions. A copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
