Item 8.01 Other Events. On December 23, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2024 and the first quarter ending September 30, 2024. In addition, on December 20, 2024 the Company received written notice (the "Compliance Notice") from Nasdaq informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250( c)(1) (the "Rule"). The Staff had concluded that with the filing of these two periodic reports that the Company now complies with the Rule and accordingly these matters are now closed, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
