(the "Company") announced an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Company's 100% owned Whistler Gold-Copper Project in Alaska, U.S.A. and released a technical report summary titled "S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary Initial Assessment for the Whistler Project, South Central Alaska" with an effective date of September 12, 2024. On November 20, 2024, the Company released a technical report titled "NI 43-101 2024 Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Whistler Project" (the "Technical Report") with an effective date of September 12, 2024. A copy of the Technical Report and the corresponding consent of the qualified person are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 23.1, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
