(the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.29 per share, payable on December 13, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 6, 2024. The $0.29 per share dividend consists of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.13 per share, bringing the total regular and special dividends declared in 2024 to $0.77 per share.
