(" Point72 Capital Advisors Inc .") with respect to Shares held by Point72 Asset Management; (iii) Cubist Systematic Strategies, LLC (" Cubist Systematic Strategies ") with respect to Shares that were held by an investment fund it manages; and (iv) Steven A. Cohen (" Mr. Cohen ") with respect to Shares beneficially owned by Point72 Asset Management and Point72 Capital Advisors Inc., and Shares that were beneficially owned by Cubist Systematic Strategies.
