(the Company), the parent corporation of 1st Security Bank of Washington, issued its earnings release for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.  A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events   On January 24, 2024, the Company announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Company common stock of $0.26 per share, representing a $0.01 or 4.0% increase over the prior quarter dividend.  The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 8, 2024.
