This Current Report on Form 8-K/A ("Amendment No. 1") amends and supplements the Form 8-K filed by Orion Office REIT Inc. on November 7, 2024 (the "Initial Form 8-K") solely to correct typographical errors in the "Operating Property Type" table on page 27 in the presentation attached as Exhibit 99.2 to the Initial Form 8-K. A copy of the correct presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Amendment No. 1. Other than as set forth in this Amendment No. 1, no changes have been made to the Initial Form 8-K. The information set forth in this Item 2.02 and in the attached Exhibit 99.2 is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section.
