Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.   Brian J. Kozlowski, age 61, Vice President and Secretary of Peoples Financial Corporation and Senior Vice President of The Peoples Bank, Biloxi, Mississippi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Financial Corporation, has announced his retirement effective January 12, 2024 after 28 years of service. His duties will be reassigned to other officers of the companies.   At its meeting on December 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Corporation named Christy N. Ireland as Vice President and Secretary of the company.
