The Company has filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada to pursue the groups and individuals who orchestrated the manipulative and fraudulent activity in the share round-up scheme related to Upexi's reverse stock split. A copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. .
